Our Worship leader, Valerie, has the Worship team learning a new song. 10,000 Reasons by Matt Redman. I’m sure that if you listen to Christian radio you have heard this powerful worship song. It was sung in church as a ‘special’ a few weeks ago. There is a verse in the the song that says., ‘whatever may pass and whatever lies before me, let me be singing when the evening comes.”

I’ve listened to the song a lot the last few weeks and I found my self really crying those words out as our family goes through a rather rough time right now. “Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me…” He is able, He is here and He is mighty. He is the God who can renew our spirit restore our joy and hold us up by the power of His spirit! ( Psalm 51) Psalm 136 says 26 times that God’s steadfast love endures forever and His plans for us are more than we can ever imagine for ourselves. So whatever passes or lies before me I CAN be singing when the evening comes.
