My challenge for each one who attends the Lebanon Church of the Nazarene is to commit to four personal disciplines during these 14 weeks of Ashes to Fire ( only 10 more weeks now) : #1 Attend Worship Service weekly. #2 Attend a Sunday School class and/or a small group weekly. #3 Engage in a personal and family devotional time daily ( the Ashes to Fire devotional book will help with this), and #4 Find a place to express your love to God by serving others – somewhere within the church family ( it encourages and helps the believers) AND somewhere outside the church ( it helps express God’s love and reaches the lost).
Through these four disciplines and a heart hungry and thirsty for a closer walk with God, we will find ourselves in an incredible place near the heart of God. ~ There’s no better place to be! Pastor Sheridan
